2009“中华杯”服装设计大赛讲座
11月28 日，在上海市服饰协会的安排下，作为历届中华杯评委——东化大学服装设计学院（www.raffles-design.com.cn）副教授刘灿明先生来到我校为老师和设计班的同学们作了关于中国一年一度大型服装赛事“中华杯”的专题报告。
在这次演讲报告中，刘先生用图文并茂的型式介绍了历届“中华杯”的比赛类别，特别是对于本次新增的比赛类别（制服，礼仪服）作了详细的解释。这对于“中华杯”各个类别评选的原则和侧重点也给予了自己的一些见解。刘灿明副教授也认真并耐心地回答了老师和同学们关于比赛内容的一些疑虑和问题。
这是我校师生第一次面对面地与比赛评委零距离的交流信息，非常有利于今后学校老师对于参赛学生的辅导，同时也激励了学生们参加国内比赛的积极性。总的来说这是我校和当地服装界一次非哦常有意义的互动活动。
2009“China Cup”Fashion Design Competition Seminar
On Nov.28, Shanghai Fashion Association arranged Mr. Liu Canming who is the vice-professor of Donghua University Fashion Design Department to come to Raffles Design Institute to present a seminar on the “China Cup Competition” . During the seminar, Mr. Liu shared his previous judging experiences in China Cup Competition to the teachers and students of our fashion design department.
During the seminar, Mr. Liu introduced the different category of “China Cup Competition”; he gave a. detailed explanation about the new Category (uniform, ceremony dress) in this competition... His expert opinion on the principle and emphasis on outstanding and winning selections were especially beneficial to the audience. Mr. Liu also answered to our teachers’ and students’ concerns on this competition.
This is the first time of our school teachers and students can communicate with the judging expert. It is very useful for our teachers in coaching the students taking part in the competition; at the same time it is encouraging for the students too. This is indeed a meaningful interactive seminar for our school and local fashion industry.
